Magic tricks?

Magic seems to be making a resurgence with the likes of David Blaine and others. Their magic is a closely guarded secret but some of the stunts are really interesting and hard to figure out how they are done. For example when David Blaine levitates in front of people on a boardwalk or when he throws the deck of cards against a window and the persons card sticks to the window but on the inside. Really cool stuff. Is there any place to find out how these tricks are done or theories on how they are done?

Does anyone know some simple yet not obvious magic tricks I can do?

Well, I’m doing magic now, because I’ve been inspired by Criss Angel. I think he’s awesome. I know like almost 10 tricks, and I’ve learned those in 1 night. I’m really getting into magic! I’m 12 and I catch on quite easily. So kinda make it something I can understand, and do easily, without making it obvious for my audience. So far I’ve impressed my grandmother and my mom. I can do, 1.Disappearing toothpick
2. Coin through a bottle. and lots more!!! Please help!!
I LOVE MAGIC!! But don’t know what to do!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Ummm I’m pretty good at magic. I use skill and some illusion. I’ve tried magic as I was younger, but it was a trick deck of cards. I then just became bored with my trick deck of cards and stopped.
Now, I’m getting more intrested in it again, and now I’m older I can do tricks more correctly. Please help me!! I know quite a few tricks!!! I’ve learned 3 from Criss Angel’s Mindfreak. MY FAVORITE SHOW IN THE WORLD!!!
I know…
1. Disappearing Needle/Toothpick/ or match (I can make it reappear.)
2.Coin in a bottle
3.Card Disappear.
4.Pepper in a bowl (Not many people know this trick)
5.Shrinking Napkin
6.Pepper Disappear
7.Lipstick
8.Floating Cup

Anytime I have a new magic trick my 8 year old sister learns it. Sometimes I buy the big magic sets but the supplies is always very cheap and the tricks aren’t any good. I have a deck of cards and of course money that I can use in the tricks. I have most basic hhouseholdstuff a teenager would have. I need something that is easy but will seem hard to the aaudience Please post some tricks. Thank you very much.

What are some easy magic tricks I can do to impress my friends?

I want pretty much easy but impressive magic. Nothing i need to buy, or bring along, because these tricks will be done in the middle of math class. I just want something simple and fun. A deck of cards is too complicated for the classroom, so anything very simple i will really appreciate. The trick that works easiest, best, and i like it wins the 10 pts.
