Why do people don't believe in magic anymore?

I mean, I know it’s normal not to believe in magic at a certain age, but my 5 year old sister and her friends ( also 5) don’t believe in magic either. now a days , people just want to see magic just so they could figure out the secrets. I know its not an important question to ask, unless your a magician, but i want to know. by the way, i am talking about card/coin magic. thanks 4 answering!!

Next stage in learning Sleight of Hand?

I have already read and learned most of the tricks in J.J. Bobo’s Coin Magic and am ready for the next stage. I am looking for a book that teaches sleight of hand specifically with normal non trick coins. Please if anyone knows a good book that teaches intermediate tricks that involve sleight of hand please tell me.

I’m not interested very much in card tricks so please keep books about those to a minimum

Where do I start learning magic?

I am 15 and I am wanting to learn how to do magic tricks. Where are some good places to start what kind of materials will I need. I already bummed a copy of J.B. Bobo’s "Modern Coin Magic" from my uncle so is there anything else I could want. Also I have zero budget so a kit is out of the question.

I’ve been searchin the internet up an down for coin TRICKS. But all I find are magic tricks. To give an example of the difference between TRICKS and MAGIC TRICKS that i mean is the trick where a person rolls a baseball up one arm, over their back, and down the other arm. Sooooooo, does anyone know any tricks like that?

Hi im a 13 year old magician my birth day was like 10 days ago lol so anyway where can i learn some professional coin tricks cardtricks/street magic? and when I say professional i mean PROFESSIONAL not like that boring obivious baccuci levitation were u just stand on your toes and levitate or that tooth pick vanish that kind of street magic is for beguinners and ive been all over the web looking up street magic and all im getting is tricks like those so were do these magicians get all these professional card tricks and close up tricks? by the way I like the kind of street magic were you use every day objects like chriss angel style magic were he walks through glass and makes a sand castle appear even though most of his tricks use special effects i think his magic is pretty cool so were can i learn that kind of professional street magic? will any magicians here be kind enough to teach it to me? any websites you reccomend for me?
