How does one make a school that teaches magic tricks like Hogwarts?

I think it would be cool to make a big castle school in the middle of a forest that teaches magic tricks.( Like Chris Angel type stuff.) How can i make something like that?

Well first invent actual magic. Then get really good at practicing it. Then teach others to be really good at it. Then have those others teach others in a formal setting. Bam! You have a magic school.
