Our local flea market (Nashville, TN) usually has a few coin dealers set up indoors. Try a large regional flea market in your area and you might be suprised what you find. I found some World War II era German coins there in good condition for a very good price.

You will have to do the work to make it a magicians coin must most coin dealers have low grade common date Morgan dollars for a little of bullion value to around $20.
