Can you do good magic with tiny hands?
I’ve been trying out magic tricks and I’m having a really hard time with anything coin related because my hands are really small. They’re like seven inches from the top of my middle finger to the base of my palm. So, are they too small to do good slieght of hand?
I stand at about 5′1" but they’re smaller than most peoples hands that are about that height.

I used to think the same thing. Isn’t it funny that it is called "slight of hand", but if you are slight of hand (you have small hands) it is harder to do the tricks.
All I can tell you is continue to practice. There are obviously going to be some tricks there are going to be harder for you to get good at because of your size, but over time you should be able to do most anything.
I don’t know what kind of tricks you are learning our how you are learning them, but keep in mind that there are more than one way to pull a rabbit out of your hat! If the way you were taught seems hard because of your hand size, find another way to do it.
Try to find a local magic club instead of just picking up tricks from books, videos or the web. You can learn so much more from a good mentor. You might find people who have dealt with the same challenges you are having or someone that can help you find another solution to your problem.
